Well it depends on what you would consider a 'perfect hatch'. If you would mean a 100% hatch rate with all healthy chicks, then yes it is possible.

If you would consider a perfect hatch as a 100% hatch rate, all pullets and all friendly, healthy, SQ birds, then no it probally won't be possible.

Yes, I've hit 100%
But, eggs differ, shell quality especially, and it's very hard to give all eggs the perfect or close to perfect conditions with different variables.
