That must be a tough job... I've been a grumpy caller sometimes too, although I usually try to end the call with apologizing for my behavior and complementing the person at the other end for putting up with me and explaining that my issue is with the company, not the representative.

I understand their frustrations,
& its part of our job, but it is a stressful job. Well thats life.

One of my birds died this afternoon. Her poops had blood. One of the younger birds does not look good too.

I lost 2 of my birds and I hope I don't lose any of the remaining birds...

@ozexpat What do you think, cocci? You probably know available remedies better. I'd go with the natural selection method, and let the ones that build up resistance make up the base of my flock, but I'm guessing some sort of treatment would be preferable in this case.

It sounds like cocci - give the med below with electrogen. if no response in 24 hours consider baxidil added to the mix.

Cocci are a pain.My medicated chick feed contains amprolium and i feed it to them for 6 weeks. I normally dont get any issues with cocci til about 8-9 weeks and that is rare (but I do have some birds with it this week)
