Thank you!Beautiful photos of a beautiful flock!
I understand why you'd have the new duck friends. I'd Fly in also...but you are still a tad cold for my sub tropical bones.
Not seen them again since!
Big Bertha isn't the top hen, shes like 4th from the top. Top hen is PL who is a 6 year old ex battery hen. Wanting her to stay the top tho as she's lovely. Will be really mad if she gets dethroned. And I can understand why you find it hard to keep grass, especially with ducks! As you can see on the pics even I can't keep it all grass. Mine does usually recover in the Summer though. And yeah, Lacey seems to love to perform for the phone!I hope Big Bertha remains the top hen. Maybe Bella can help her mom out if she needs some back up. Your pictures are truely amazing. My ducks and chickens wouldn't know how to act with all that grass. All we have is mud. I might have to block the ducks in the back yard so we can grow some grass. We've planted grass seed but they either eat it or trample it down.
Lacey's pictures are so cute. I think she likes getting her picture taken she is so photogenic. Thanks so much for sharing with us.
