Pink bill divots?

I just noticed these divots on my one pekins bill. I am not sure where they came from, but they were not there the last time I had them out in the yard free ranging, which was 2 days ago, but they have been out all day today .Their coop is all sealed with cage wire so I don't think anything got in there over night to hurt her, but I'm not sure what this is. Also they get fresh water every day, oyster shells stay in the coop as well as enough feed for their daily rations, but it rarely stays there overnight. Als the pool water is changed every other day if not every day.

they could be from her just digging around for worms and stuff, dirt has little rocks in it that make scrapes. just about all of my ducks have those kind of marks on their bills.
