My bird ate the smallest peace of red plastic like a spec of dirt will she be okay?

She'll be fine. They have trouble if it's something that is too large to pass through the digestive system, or with metals that can cause toxicity or things that can cause punctures. A tiny piece of plastic won't hurt her.
