PLEASE H HELP HEN WITH FLYSTRIKE VERY SEVERE DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO HELP

What does it smell like? If it smells very bad, like rotting meat, it may be infected and an antibiotic might be called for. If it's just droppings, then you will likely need to clean her up regularly to keep the wounds clean, as they are very substantial. You may need to flush with saline, chlorhexidine, or diluted betadine regularly to keep them clean until much more healing has happened. I wouldn't use vinegar, too harsh on that tissue and it may burn/sting. I think a few weeks before going out is probably optimistic, I think it will take longer than that. If there are visible wounds, even scabbed, the other birds may peck them (very real risk) and make things much, much worse. Some of that tissue is going to dry up and fall off. I really would keep her separated until she's pretty healed up.
You can get amoxicillin as fish mox or aqua mox online without a prescription, I would recommend that.
