please help what does lices look like. found some on my CX hens

I have 11 CXs hens. when i went out this evening i saw really small worm looking creating crawling on their skins. Is this lices? what can i do? can it spread to my other chickens?

I dont know of any wormlike lice or mites that would be crawling on the skin unless there's a wound or feces that contained maggots. You need to thoroughly and visually inspect your chickens for injuries and/or lice and mites.
