Plucked feathers

Tonight my dad brought me 7 chickens from a farm he's been doing some carpentry on. 4 of those chickens (2 EEs, 1 Barred Rock, 1 Australorp or Jersey Giant) were severely manhandled by an over abundance of roosters. The Australorp/Jersey Giant looks awful - I can hardly tell what she is. She has near to no feathers left.

My dad said one of the farm keeps mentioned a powder of sorts to help with the redness and pain and to help with feather growth, but he couldn't remember the name.
Does anyone here have any ideas of the name?

Is part of the issue that they are molting?

That's what I thought originally, but I guess they had a lot of roosters and they were beating the girls up. They're about 6 months old, if that matters.
