polish bantom help please

i have a polish bantom it has big red wobbly thng under its beek,its tall an lanky,good looking bird but how do i tell if its male or female

the crest feathers are nice and round on the ends and the crest is shaped more like a cotton ball = hen long thin and pointy on the end of the crest feathers that kinda go where ever is a rooster

must be a rooster then its tail feathers are long on he has about 5 of them that arch up on out,its hair is every where,on its head,so thank you

would you know he is the only polish bantom i have ,the others are chickens of other breed such as blue crest cochins,an just reg chickens will he breed with them do you know

never heard of a crested cochin before but a rooster will breed any other chicken that he can, even other roosters
