Polish in GA - NEW - need help with sex and specific breed

This is my Polish that hatched in October 2013.

I really need help with the sex and specific breed.

Any and all help and comments are greatly appreciated! I am VERY new to hen keeping...

She's a pullet, and probably a white crested blue polish. There are white crest feathers, but they are overpowered by the darker feathering that extends from the neck upward. My blue polishes all had this darker coloration on the neck, but it wasn't as pronounced as your hen's.
