Poop, should I be worried here?

Hello there! I have spent a lot of time lurking and researching here because this is my first time with chicks. I have 11 chicks that are 8 days old and started noticing this poop about two days ago. After looking on here I thought it was just cecal poop but hoping to get an opinion and see if maybe I should run to the feed store today to treat them with anything? They are having one scrambled egg they share out of my hand a day and medicated chick starter, water with probiotics and a little grit available.
the only reason I thought something more might be wrong is because I have one chick who is much much smaller and less active sleeps more and more slow then the rest probably half the size as the other Iowa blue we got with her. But she is still eating and drinking and I hand feed her some egg to make sure she is getting everything. I don’t know if she is just a runt or maybe cause for concern? Thank you so much everyone on here has been so helpful and guided me on this wonderful journey and I super appreciate it!
