it seems that over night one of my chicks had an accident on one of the other chicks' back. there is poop stuck in a clump on her back in the down feathers. how should I go about cleaning this up??

I would say just take a warm wet paper towel, let it soak on the poo for a moment, then you should be able to gently work it off without pulling any fluff with it. Good luck!
