I got a mottled Java chick just today. It was a spur of the moment thing, a companion for the little BLRW that I wanted, so we'll see how I like this breed. It hadn't been on my list of ones to get but the pics I'm seeing of adults look nice

The person who sold me this chicken as a baby said it's a black java but she has feathers growing on her feet and legs. All the pictures I have seen here they don't have feathers on the feet. Is this a black java or something else?

Javas do not have feathered feet.
