Base on their size and the size of their wattles, I think Orange & Yellow are male and Blue & Green are female.
The weight predictions as poults were >90% accurate for me also. I had 1 that was ambiguous in the beginning based on weight but caught up in size at a couple months old.Update - Four months old

Do not allow multiple toms to be in with the hens. You are asking for a hen to get hurt.
I ordered a turkey saddle on ebay so I can replicate it and make my own pattern from it. I only keep one tom in each area with hens but one of them got ripped up a little the other day. She is fine, but I'm going to make up some turkey saddles for some that lose feathers on their backs just in case.Do not allow multiple toms to be in with the hens.
