I just picked up this roo to hopefully join my flock of ladies. He is in iso and has these on his comb and wattles. Otherwise seems healthy so far. I am worried. This look like pox or blood from fighting?

Welcome to BYC.
It doesnt look like fowl pox to me. Either way, keep him quarantined for a minimum of 30 days, or more. This will give time for any latent diseases to show themselves. Inspect him closely for lice and mites and worm him with Safeguard liquid goat wormer or Valbazen. Open his mouth and look for anything out of the ordinary. Practice biosecurity.

Someone local who already had a tooster and had 3 more born.
It looks more like from fighting than pox. The wounds are around his beak and closer to his face, which is where another rooster would have grabbed onto if they were fighting.
