Presidential Pardon

Tell me I am nuts. Our President pardoned a broad breasted white turkey today. So it can crush itself in another two months??

Education is key.

Please, DO NOT turn this into a political debate. It is more about peoples lack of knowledge.

I was telling this to my mom and Jay Leno came on and was talking about it and said they gave it heath care for life, and my mom responded he's going to need it

I agree though learn about your turkey before you pardon it.

My understanding is that the pardoned birds go to a petting zoo/farm life/educational place.
