Pretty little??? Boy or girl?

I got 12 bantams. They are almost 5 months old and I think they are dutch bantams.
So is this little one a boy or girl? I'm thinking boy.
It's very pretty I have one that is most definitely a roo and then some who are most definitely pullets but then some like this one who I can't tell.
Thanks for your help!!! Sorry the picture isn't the greatest...it was pouring when I took it so we are all squished in the coop together.

With that comb and wattles I would say roo. Looking at the different dutch bantam pullets, some have really small combs and wattles. Some have bigger comb and wattles. There is still hope for it being a pullet.

Its tail has curled feathers so I'm thinking boy.

i want to say pullet but it looks like it has saddle feathers coming in so leaning towards cockerel

It looks as if this chicken has hackle feathers which indicate it is a roo.
