Problem with chick's legs

So I just noticed that 1 of my 1 and 1/2 week old chicks is walking strange. For some reason it is walking with its feet curled up beneath it and is walking on its foreleg. I examined it closely but couldn't see anything wrong from the outside appearance.
Any ideas on what it could be and what I should do?
I'll say it does look bad when it tries to move.

Well, I did little research and I'm guessing its curled toe paralysis. So anyway, I gave the chick a couple drops of poly-vitamin solution, so we will see what happens.

update:
I also made little splints out of cardboard and athletic tape to straighten out the toes.... hopefully these 2 things will help fix the problem, though I'd be surprised if it ever completely heals. I hope I'm not talking too much

took splints off about 24 hrs ago and the chick seems totally fine. kinda had to believe it worked so well. still giving the vitamins, but will probably will taper that off in a little bit
