Oh my, it looks like her neck is paralyzed. Can she lift her head at all? The 2 things I know of that can cause that are botulism and Mareks disease. Other problems such as moldy feed, lead or poisons may possibly cause it but I'm not sure. Botulism is caused by eating a toxin contained in dead animals or fish, or from decayed vegetation that has been buried. Mareks is caused by a virus, and can cause lameness or paralysis of one or both legs, wings, or the neck. Neither of those has any real treatment, other than to help the chicken get water and food. I'm so sorry about your hen. I hope it's not either of those. Chickens with botulism who live for 2 days may survive. With Mareks, it can affect your other chickens if they haven't been vaccinated. Dehydration can sometimes cause neurological symptoms, so I would try to feed some water or electrolyte water to her with a syringe or dropper. Here is some info on both diseases:

No i dont think is anything of that sort because she stopped doing that. I did some more research and i figured it was a sour crop or impacted crop and i rubbed her crop to releive some pressure. I think she was doing that bcause it might of felt better in that position. It is night time now and she is back sleeping with the other chickens. I will check on her in the morning.thank you for you help with that extensively detailed response.

Gosh, that was scary. I am so glad that she is doing better. Last night I found my salmon faverolles hen face down lying in a pile of grass. She looked dead, but a few minutes later she got up and walked away, LOL.
