Processing Chickens

We have several Roosters and after trying to sale them without any luck...We have decided to process them...What is the best and easiest way to do this?

Before I processed my first bird I watched a lot of videos (visual learner). This was the one that I liked the best and ended up doing almost the exact same thing. I like her overall philosophy about the whole thing as well and that she is respectful and uses as much of the bird as possible.
