Processing my birds

Hello everyone..I am looking for someone to process my meat chickens, any ideas?? I live near Fredericktown Ohio dontvwantbto have to travel too far.. Our old processors Plucky Poultry no longer in business.. Would appreciate any help soon.. We're just not equipt to do it ourselves..

Look for Amish families.

You don't need much equipment. Very sharp knives, a couple buckets, running water, very sharp knife, a way to heat the water, a killing cone helps, sharp knife.

I made my killing cone from a piece of aluminum flashing. You can use a traffic cone too.
