Pullet Walking with a limp

Hi all...looking for some help for one of my pullets that appears to be walking with a limp.

I checked the bottom of her foot for cuts or sores...nothing. She was walking a bit wonky yesterday and it has become more pronounced today. Holding it up and not taking advantage of free range time.

Any thoughts or suggestions to trouble shoot or provide her comfort would be appreciated. Thank you

She could've just sprained her hock/ankle.
