My 6 pullets have been sleeping on the roost inside the coop. After an 'incident' we moved the hens to the run, and made them sleep out there (its small). This seemed to work for everyone. Last night my daughter forgot to lock them up and, judging by poop, the 2 hens slept on the outside roost and the 6 girls slept inside on the roost. However, when my daughter last saw them last and I just checked on them (1 am) theyre sleeping in the nest where our 2 hens lay. Theyve never done this.Sigh...These girls are worse then middle school girls when it comes to mind games!

SOOOOO...when not exposed to the hens, the pullets sleep huddled together in the corner on a roost. When exposed (by an open door) to the hens, the girls all sleep in the hens nest. HELP!?!
