Putting eggs in upright questions

I attached pics of my incubator, how am I suppose put in and keep the eggs upright in my auto turning incubator? Looks as if you have to lay them on their sides.

Yes, for this incubator you can only lay them on their sides unless you put them in cartons and hand turn them. They do fine like this unless they have detached air cells

Thanks, should I just leave them be and wait until day 7 to candle them and see what I can see then?
 
Are they shipped eggs? Generally, you should be turning them 3 - 5 x/day. Is that an automatic turner? If so, simply monitor to be sure the temp and humidity are within range, and candle at day 7. Did you calibrate your thermometer and hygrometer? You can't trust the thermometer that came with your bator, or any thermometer, for that matter unless you have calibrated.
