In one pen, 8 white Quail, I fill the 2 feeders 1/2 way, lasts one day.
I figure 16 oz. per day.
One 50# bag of 28-30% GBS costs me ~$16.

costs me .32/lb of feed.
.32 cents a day for 8 birds,
.04 cents per bird per day.

so my .02 says (.04 X 35 birds) X 30 days = $42/month or $1.40/day for 35 birds, based on my feed prices. imho.

sorry, i'm horrible with numbers, i mainly look at how long a 50lb bag lasts, then just divide lol

All you penny pinchers have gotta stop doin' your finesse math about feed cost. It does a feller no good that keeps collectin' and hatchin'....... Bloney and mater sammiches may change to potted meat and Great Value crackers for this penny pincher.....
