Quartine birds. Poop inquiry.

I have two birds separated before put into the flock. Treated for lice and mites, noticed poop droppings chunky but cannot find a poop pic that relates!! Any help before tossing them with the rest, since there lice is clear! I also see a tiny bit of red, which could be intestine wall but first time seeing that.

How long have you had them quarantined?
How old?
Poop could be from a change in food unless they eat exactly what their previous owners were feeding.
It would be a good idea to get a fecal float to check for worms.
