how many friends do you have?

Several here on BYC, and a bunch in real life.

It all depends upon how you define 'friend'. There are many here on BYC that I like. In real life I am losing friends faster than I am adding them. I have been very lucky to have been blessed with mentors and many true friends.

Like Sour said, depends on how you define friend. I enjoy my coworkers and consider them friends but we don't invite each other over to hang out. I still talk to my friends from school and we graduated 24 years ago. But my one sister is my best friend. We talk every day and she is one of the onIy people I would want to be with if the shtf. And I have lots of people here that I consider my online friends

12 close friends! One from work, five from online, five from high school and one lifelong best friend. I'm pretty introverted, but a small section of my teenage friend group has stayed pretty close knit
