This particular model is specifically designed for people like me, who suffer from plantar fasciitis, and they are worth every penny. And yes, they are marked L and R so they go on the correct feet. That's why they are my besties!

Even though I dislike socks, I wish mine had the L and R markings. It's such a pain.
