The past few years i've been growing carolina reaper peppers and making chili with them and it is amazing! I use the habanero hellfire chili recipe as a base with a few changes (replace the beer with chicken broth as i don't drink and refuse to buy beer) and add in 2 whole reapers diced up
 
I make my own, but it's "meh" at best. Not something we eat a lot so I don't put a lot of effort into perfecting it.

Dickie's BBQ briscuit chili though, is great. Awesome alone, or on dogs and baked taters.
