Question on eye

Could any tell me if this is a respiratory problem because yesterday eye was fine and eye looks like this and what could I do

Can you try to clean out the white matter in the corner of the eye? Flush with some saline eye wash, and apply some antibiotic ointment twice a day. Terramycin from feed stores is good, or you can use plain Neosporin or Triple Antibiotic twice a day. It looks like conjunctivitis which may be mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) I would be tempted to get some Tylan or Tylosin as well and treat for MG. Tylan 50 can sometimes be found in feed stores with syringes and needles, and it can be given orally.
