She could be, but brown urine is often a sign of dehydration. With her age, she is at higher risk than when she was younger for both heat stroke and dehydration. Can you keep her inside during the day until the weather cools off?

She was brought inside yesterday.

Since it is hot, I suggest you get some gallon milk jugs, fill them with water, and freeze them. Put one in her cage. If she is hot she will wrap herself around it. You can also put ice cubes in a gunny sack for them to lie on.

Got some good news. I took her outside last night before I went to bed, checked on her just now. Looks like she’s drinking just fine now. She seems to be back to normal.
