Rain and chickens

Does any on here let their chickens out in the rain through out the day.

My chickens don't like rain.

Yes, though only a few of them actually stay out in it. The others seem to prefer to stay in the shelter and watch the ones who stayed out

Mine are out as they wish. If it's hard they go in the coop. Light rain annoys them but they stay out in it.

I was seeing chickens liked straw for a wet run.

My chickens are hit or miss sometimes they will spend all day in the rain and my cochins will look like drowned rats. Sometimes they will shelter under the coop. They never go back into the coop during the day unless for food. Snow is a different story! They hate the snow! The only tracks you will see is them leaving the coop and going under the coop to spend the day.

I open the coop pop door daily at 5 am, unless it's a blizzard.
Both coops have a large run. They don't mind a lite rain. Moderate rain they seek cover.

They don't like snow either. Pop door is open and you won't find any foot prints outside of the door. GC
