Rainbow is male?

This red chicken was supposed to be a female and is the favourite of my 6 year old. Can you confirm Rainbow is a he for me? He looks shiny, and then the black in the tail makes me question. I think saddles are present too.

We got 17 chicks. 1 died.

9 cockerels for sure. I have one more I have to double check. So likely 10 in total.

So 5 good pullet, and 1 malformed pullet.
