thank you, Tex!! If you work out in the elements of extremes, you are supposed to postpone fasting until the weather would not be a threat to your life. No point in fasting if it kills you!
We're really supposed to make an effort to take it easy when fasting in the summer but if you work outside, you can't avoid it.

I don't even work outside I'm just chicken lol. Hope you have a wonderful and peaceful fast. We used to celebrate Eid with my husband's old boss. Iranian food yum.
