Red leg bandettes?

Is anybody having a problem with them being pecked at, right now I'm using the plastic automotive wire ties different colors, but was wanting to order a pack of the numbered leg Bandettes the (plastic) kind from McMurry Hatchery, but they only come in Red. Has anybody had a problem with them?? Seems like they be a target for pecking on. Thanks Sandy

They are a target. I won't use red on the chicks/chickens

Thats what I was afraid of. Our local feed store doesn't sell them any idea where I could order a different color band?

foy's pet supplies has a wide range of bands in many colors.

I would use wing bands. They are permanent and indestructable. Can be ordered numbered and in colors......Pop
