Red skin and missing feathers

Hi everyone! I noticed today that one of my chickens is missing some feathers on her chest/stomach, and the skin around the area looks red and irritated. She seems to be eating and drinking normally, and her comb and wattle appear healthy. I'm just worried because it looks like it could be uncomfortable and I don't want her to be in pain. Does anyone know what this could be and how I can treat it? I would greatly appreciate and information or advice. Thank you!

The feathers are worn off from roosting, sitting, etc.

What's your roosting bars like? If there's any rough areas on the roosting bars, sand them smoother.
