Resetting days on Nature Right 365

I set up my Nature Right 365 for my 2nd hatch and everything is fine except I cannot adjust the days. It is preset to 21 days but I since these are guineas I need to add a few more days. Following the directions is no help. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you fix ?

you held down the first button (sorry can't think of what it says) until it beeps then go to days and hit the + to add what you need? then tap first button until it stops flashing.

Press the menu/ok button on the left. D-21 will come up and the 21 will flash. Press the plus or minus button to add or subtract days.
