Hi! I've been referred over from the new starters forum. I'm hoping someone might be able to help me identify which (if any) might be a Roo out of the three below. The white ones are supposed to be Rhode Island Whites and the black a brahma. The RIW are about 11 weeks and the brahma about 8 weeks. The first two pics are the one I think may be a pullet? The next RIW the roo. I say that because the 'roos' crest came in a couple of weeks ago, before any of the others, and has distinctive ridges/bumps on it.
The other RIW and brahma have similar looking crowns to each other ('just a mass') and definite little tufts for tails whereas the 'roo' doesn't.
Hoping for one roo and the rest pullets rather than the other way around! And trying not to get attached to the roo as it may not be able to stay :-(
Any thoughts? TIA
