Hello Everyone! Welcome to Rolling Hills Farm! Here you will find out all about what I (and the rest of my family) do here on the farm. You will also see A LOT of pictures!

We do a little bit of everything - gardening, growing exotic plants in the house, raising animals (cows, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, guineas, a guard dog, and a cat), canning, preserving food, milking a cow and sometimes goats or sheep, hatching\raising birds for eggs and meat, reusing old things, going on wild adventures, always learning new things, knitting, sewing, building things, and making cheese. The list could go on forever so I had better stop there!

I am actually in the process of making cheese as I type this! I am currently making ricotta, and last week I made yogurt and mozzarella. By the way, mozzarella is sooo fun to make because it stretches like crazy!

I recognized this one by the leaves. Had one bush growing in garden long ago. Also had quite a few currant. Only thing left is one tiny red currant bush. It has sentimental value to me since it was from mom.
