Roo or Hen?

These chicks are about 3 months old. I have questioned their sex from the beginning. They are supposed to be pullets, but act like Roos. Especially the darker one. They are supposedly Americaunas.

Nothing looks rooster to me. Both look like pullets.

Girls, and they are Easter Eggers. Hatcheries just made up ‘Americana’ as a name that sounds similar to a real breed, the Ameraucana.
Americana = Easter Egger.
