I have a Barred Rock Rooster, every time I talk to him he shakes his head back and forth and his kneck looks like a slinky - it goes down and then pops right back up. I live in AL, it's hot during the day and cools down at night, so it isn't frostbite & he doesn't have mites..it's only when I speak to him. He can be eating, walking around checking on his girls etc or just plain hunting and the minute I say his name and start talking with him, he looks at me cocks his head and then starts one time and then back to what he's doing. No matter how many times I do it he continues. It's funny and super cute to watch...what does it mean!?
