Rooster has been incredibly sick for 6 days

My rooster (over 1 year old) has been incredibly lethargic for the past 6 days. He just lays there head drooped down, eyes closed. Only opens his eyes if someone approaches him. I checked for mites between feathers and didnt see any. There are no scaly leg mites. He doesnt cough or sneeze. What do i do? I've been giving him electrolytes for the past 6 days and there has been no change in his condition

What do his poops look like? Has he ever been wormed?

What do his poops look like? Has he ever been wormed?

I havent seen his poop, and no he has never been wormed. I've never heard of worming, could you explain it to me?
