Hello! My husband and I started our chicken family a year ago. We got our flock of 6 from a local store, which included sexed chicks. As luck would have it 3 of the 6 ended up being Roosters We kept all of them, one rooster is king of the hens and in a separate pen. The other two established their hierarchy, and afterwards got along fine so we made them a cock house (lol) with lots of space and it worked well. They are now both a year old, and suddenly my two roosters are fighting and it’s BRUTAL! We have tried everything and it’s only getting worse. Sadly, we are looking to re-home our Silver Laced Wyandotte (1yr) healthy and beautiful. He’s not obnoxiously loud either … hoping he can find a good home and have a flock of his own to look out for. We are located near Capac in Michigan just south of I-69.
