Hi all 
Just wanted to introduce Maya, our Australorp x rooster.
We live in suburbia and have had him for about 2 years.
He is a very sweet boy and generally has no issues with anyone patting him or picking him up.
Until recently he has never attacked anyone. I accidentally stepped on his foot a few weeks ago (I had stepped back and didn't realise he was right behind me) and now he makes sure to either peck my feet or grab my robe every morning
He is still very nice with everyone else he interacts with, it's just me he has an issue with. I still love him though, he normally calms down after a few pecks and then lets me pick him up.
