Roosters comb turning white, does anyone know whats causing this?

It might be healing injuries, but it also could be favus a fungal infection. Clearer picture would help. The picture below shows favus, and an antifungal cream such as miconazole or clotrimazole can be applied with a glove daily or wash your hands well.

That looks a lot like what he has. Couldn't get him to hold still long enough for a good shot. Hes pretty aggressive thing. Thank you.

If there is any tan or black near the white, then that can make it more likely that the white is healing injuries. Here are some examples above and below. Favus or fungus can affect the comb, wattles, and the face/head, and can spread.
