From what I can see, the front one is a Mallard, and the back one is a Rouen... Cute, though!

No. A LOT of people on here (Not me) feed their ducks NON medicated chick starter, and they do fine on it.

Also, this is more of a "Fun-fact" sort of thing, but angel wing (Luckily) isn't harmful to non flying ducks. For the flying ones, it only makes them incapable to fly.
 
Looks like front Mallard (one eye stripe and a dot), back one a Rouen (2 eye stripes). Are they the same age? The Rouen will grow much faster and get much bigger than the Mallard, but it looks like the Mallard is bigger. Add 100 mg of crushed Niacin (NOT the no flush kind - the regular Niacin) to 1 gallon of water for all your duckies, but the Rouen especially needs it. They can grow so fast that their leg strength doesn't keep up! Mine used to walk a few steps, then sit, then walk a few steps then sit. Once I used the Niacin....no problem any more.
