Rough shells

I have 4 byline browns one is a mix I think. They are all about 8 months old and all laying most days. They all began laying brown eggs but I am now getting most days a white shell that is very rough on the outside a thin shell and normal inside. Im not sure which one is laying it. They all look healthy and happy and are fed a good laying mix, food scraps and have access to shell grit. What is the problem, if there is one and how do I fix it?

I also have one hen doing this. If everyone else has good shells and one hen does not and they all have access to the same food.....is one hen skipping eating the calcium or is it just hereditary that this hen has poor shell quality? That is what I am beginning to think....
