no, I have never sprinkled it over oyster shells, I only put it on their food.

Great info. I have made a hefty amazon order to beef up my duck and chicken supplements - more 1mL oral syringes, calcium citrate in tablets and powder form, and some other items for all of our critters. I have three more ducklings coming next week so good to have all this on hand and restocked. Appreciate the help!

@DuckyDonna - do you just sprinkle a little of the powder on the food or measure out a certain amount? I currently only have three ducks.

@DuckyDonna told me about a Tablespoon over their feed. Since you only have 3 probably half of that would be good.
