Runny poop

Let me start by saying, I'm the paranoid type. My duckling has been having watery poop the past two days, and I'm not sure if its normal. It was a thicker conscitentsy before, now I would say it looks like baby food. I'll attach a picture. He/she is about three weeks old.

All the liquid they drink will come out in the droppings.. Ducks have watery poo in my experience.

I see it's 3 weeks old.. Is it the only one you have? What is the feed routine including treats and supplements? Are you in the US, or approximately where? Any recent changes like introduction to a new pool? Any behavioral concern like not eating or sleeping a lot?
