Ruptured air sac? Bleeding and limping too

Hi all! New here. I have a 2 day old chick with a ruptured air sac. Only discovered this when rinsing it’s bottom. This chick hatched later than it’s hatch mates, feet are a bit bowed inward, has dark reddish brown poop, and is having trouble breathing. What can I do to help it?

You can take a 22 gauge needle and insert it just under the thin skin, and pull out the air or deflate it by pressing around the needle sight. You will need to have someone hold the chick. Here is a video at around 3 minutes that show it:
